if your application is accepted

Pet food must be picked up at the scheduled delivery date, location and time, usually held once per month. Owners must provide his/her own pet food container such as a plastic bag or plastic container. Owners must bring their notice of application approval along with a valid form of identification.  Delivery service can be arranged in limited circumstances where a medical condition or disability prevent the pet owner from driving to the specified pick up location.
